I am a networking and telecommunications engineer with experience in four projects, including two in cybersecurity and two in help desk support. In one cybersecurity project, I collaborated with areas focused on compliance risk management and incident monitoring, conducting vulnerability analyses and working with ISO 27001 standards. My role as a cybersecurity architect involved creating application reports using the software development lifecycle methodology. Additionally, I performed static and dynamic analysis of banking platforms. In help desk support, I handled peripheral support tasks, including PC identity checks, software installations, RAM upgrades, and operating system reinstalls.
