Get to know your candidates before interviewing them
Create 1-minute video requests and invite candidates — so you know who they are before you hop on a call.
Why get to know your candidates before interviewing them?
Organizing first interviews or screening calls with candidates who ultimately don't fit often wastes a lot of time in hiring. A one-minute video lets you see who they are and how they communicate before you book that first conversation.
- How do they communicate?
- What level of languages do they have?
- Do they have the attitude you're looking for?
- Do they fit your company and the role?
- Do they project the image you need?
- Do they show motivation?
- Is an interview worth it?
