How does AboutMe.video work for businesses?

Publish a job and share the link to receive video introductions by email, WhatsApp, your ATS, or another channel. You can also create your free company profile and add your portal link on your website (for example “Work with us”) to receive candidates with video, even without an open role. You get an email notification every time a candidate applies.

How do I add the link on my website?

Copy your careers page or company profile link from Dashboard > Company and place it somewhere visible on your site. You don't need a published job listing to start receiving interested candidates.

How do I invite candidates by email?

Open a published job and go to Send invites (Dashboard > Jobs > your job > Send invites). Enter email addresses and send each invitation individually. The candidate receives an email with a link to record their video introduction for that role. If they already have an active AboutMe.video profile, they are added to the job automatically without an email. This feature is available on paid Business Starter and Business Pro. On Business Free, share the apply link manually from the Sharing options tab.

The core profile is free and includes job search and applications; Candidate Premium adds analytics, activity alerts, resume optimization, and priority support.

Sign up, record a short intro video during onboarding in your browser (we recommend 45–90 seconds), fill in your professional details, and you're ready to share your profile.

During onboarding, record directly in your browser using your camera and microphone. Later, go to Dashboard > Video to record again and replace your video anytime.

Who can see my profile?

If your profile is public, businesses can find it in the directory and search engines. If it is private, it is not listed and only people with your link or companies behind jobs you applied to can view it. Your video is only viewable by verified business accounts and yourself.

For candidates: Candidate Free (video profile, sharing, job search, applications, one free resume analysis, optimized resume) and Candidate Premium (analytics, activity alerts, unlimited analyses with full checklist, and Premium support). For businesses: Business Free (1 user, 5 candidate videos/month, unlimited active jobs, careers page, candidate search, notifications, AI video summaries), Business Starter (5 users, 50 videos/month, email candidate invites, analytics, Premium support), and Business Pro (10 users, 200 videos/month, same paid features). Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
