I am 26 years old and I live in Sweden, where I speak Swedish fluently. I have a passion for technical support and troubleshooting, which I have been doing since 2018. My experience began at a retail company, where I enjoyed helping customers resolve their issues. After a setback with that company, I took the opportunity to teach myself and grow both personally and professionally in the technical field.
