I am currently working as a senior cabin crew member, where I manage a team and ensure the satisfaction of over 700 customers daily. This role has taught me to stay calm under pressure and prioritize effectively. I also have experience as a teleservice operator, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels.
