I am a recent graduate in Network Computer Systems Administration with a strong interest in IT, systems, and technical support. During my training, I completed 500 hours of internship at a property registry, where I gained experience in IT support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of equipment and peripherals, as well as administrative tasks. I have knowledge in Windows and Linux systems, computer networks, Microsoft Office, virtualization, and basic concepts of Active Directory. I consider myself responsible, organized, committed, and a quick learner. I enjoy teamwork and seek solutions to any problems that may arise.
