I am a software engineer with five years of experience in developing websites and providing technical support for applications. In my current role, I create and maintain websites using languages like PHP and JavaScript, and I work with MySQL and SQL Server databases. I also support users by addressing issues they report, which involves reviewing logs and databases to correct errors. While I don't have professional experience with WordPress, I believe my technical foundation can easily transfer to it, as it also uses PHP.
