Senior Product Designer

What will your day-to-day look like?

You'll define the AboutMe experience for candidates and companies: from recording the first video to managing applications. You'll balance simplicity, trust, and conversion on every screen.

Main responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI).
• Maintain and evolve the design system alongside engineering.
• Validate decisions with real users and usage metrics.
• Own accessibility, consistency, and visual craft.
• Partner closely with product to prioritize what moves the needle.

We are looking for…

• A strong digital product portfolio (web and mobile).
• Mastery of Figma and scalable design systems.
• A product mindset focused on impact, not just aesthetics.
• Startup or high-growth product experience is a plus.
