Founding Full-Stack Engineer

What will your day-to-day look like?

You'll be one of AboutMe's first engineers. You'll build product end-to-end —from video capture and processing to the careers portal— with direct impact on how candidates and companies meet.

Main responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Model data and build robust APIs for video, profiles, and matching.
• Own performance, quality, and user experience on every release.
• Drive architecture decisions and lay strong technical foundations.
• Iterate fast with real user feedback and product metrics.

We are looking for…

• Strong modern full-stack experience (React/Next.js, Node, TypeScript).
• Autonomy, a product mindset, and a passion for building from scratch.
• Care for clean code, testing, and craft.
• Startup or high-ambiguity experience is a plus.
