What will your day-to-day look like?
You'll make sure companies using AboutMe succeed: guiding them from onboarding until video becomes a natural part of their hiring process.
Main responsibilities
- Onboard new companies and drive adoption on the platform.
- Proactively follow up to boost usage, retention, and expansion.
- Turn customer feedback into product improvements.
- Resolve issues and be the voice of the customer internally.
- Define scalable customer success processes.
We are looking for…
- Customer success or account management experience in SaaS.
- Empathy, a solution-oriented attitude, and great communication.
- A data mindset to measure account health and retention.
- Professional Spanish and English.
