AI Engineer

What will your day-to-day look like?

You'll lead AboutMe's intelligence layer: video transcription, profile summaries, candidate–job matching, and quality signals. You'll turn models into features that actually move metrics.

Main responsibilities

• Design and integrate AI pipelines (transcription, embeddings, ranking, LLMs).
• Build matching and recommendation systems between profiles and jobs.
• Evaluate model quality, bias, and cost in production.
• Partner with product and engineering to ship ideas to real users.
• Continuously monitor and improve the AI-driven experience.

We are looking for…

• Experience applying ML/LLMs to real products (not just research).
• Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript and model API integration.
• Judgment to balance quality, latency, and cost.
• NLP, embeddings, or recommender systems experience is a plus.
